I started in the CrossFit world in 2009 and have never looked back! I CrossFit so I can enjoy life with my husband and our two awesome kids. I’ve never wanted to sit on the sidelines, so this definitely fills that void. We love surfing, skate boarding, swimming, and doing anything active and outside. I coach because I genuinely love helping people find confidence and to help figure out what their bodies are capable of. Everyone is able to be an athlete in one form or another and at any stage of life! I feel honored to be part of healthy consistency in lives, whether it be in a group setting or one on one!
