Paleo Challenge

The challenge runs from January 7th through February 5th.

You must avoid all forms of grains including quinoa, dairy and legumes.

No sugar! You may only use Raw Honey or Grade B Maple Syrup. (No Agave!)


You may have whey protein shakes.

You may have Ghee or Grass Fed Butter.

We are allowing Sweet potatoes within 3 hours of post workout.

Alcohol: :You may have ONE six once glass of Red wine or ONE once of Tequila (100% Blue Agave) PER DAY.

If you are participating in the challenge have the coach take a before photo. We will be taking after photos to compare body composition.

You must keep a journal and record what you have eaten. If you have any form of alcohol, sweetener or starch record the quantity.
