Food as Fuel

How do you look at food?

You can no longer look at food as a social or emotional endeavor.

Food is now the fuel for your body. The Paleo diet is referred to as the world’s healthiest diet. It is also a simple diet consisting of lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables and nuts and seeds. This way of eating leads to ideal body weight, optimum health and peak athletic performance.
