Outside: Run+20 Jumping Jack/Run+20 Sprint Strides/ Run+20 Mountain Climbers


1 minute max rep squats

Behavior/Character: Positive encouragement and teamwork


Tabatta “JUMP”

box jumps

Jumping Pull Ups

Broad Jumps



Protein-5 Squats , Carb-5 Push Ups,  Fat 5 Sit ups

Class is divided into teams.  Trainer will call out food  and the teams will have a few seconds to discuss what food group it belongs to. When the trainer says ‘go’ the team must perform the corresponding movement. If they get it right, they get a point.
