5 Rounds of 7 Sequences (complex)

1 Sequence consists of:

1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push-press

1 Back Squat

1 Push-press

Bar must touch the ground (touch & go) at the start of each sequence. Bar can not rest on the ground (not even a re-grip) until all 7 sequences are complete.

*Goal is to increase weight on each round*
