-Add 5lbs to your last 20 rep BS or

use 50% of your 1RM-

5 Sets of the Following Complex:

Mid-Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean + Push-Press

Mid-Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean + Push-Jerk

Mid-Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean + Split-Jerk

-Try and hold on to the bar for allĀ 12 Reps. If you must

drop the bar after the overhead movements, just get back on the bar quickly!

-Rest as needed between sets and add weight for every set-
