Find 1 RM Jerk


OTM do 1 Pull-up. On the 2nd min. do 2 Pull-ups. On the 3rd min. do 3 Pull-ups, etc. Go as long as you can until you can’t do the number of Pull-ups for that minute.. Post the minutes completed.

You may use as many sets as needed within that minute and you may kip.
