“The Bear”

Perform 5 Sets of 7 Complexes (sequences) of:

1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push-Press

1 Back Squat

1 Push-Press

*Bar must touch the ground at the start of each sequence, but can not rest on the ground or the set is terminated.

*Goal is to increase the load each set.

*You must Power Clean to full standing position before Front Squat.

* You may rest as needed before next set.
