Add 5 lbs to your last 20 rep BS or use 50% of your 1RM

5 Sets of 7 Reps:

Rep consists of:

1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push-Press

1 Back Squat

1 Push-Press (BTN)

At the start of each rep you may only touch and go the Power Clean. You may not set the bar down until all 7 reps are complete.

You may rest as needed between sets. Try and increase the weight with each set!
